Meet the Leaders of the 13th Ward

Alderwoman Pam Boyd

Representing the 13th Ward in the St. Louis Board of Aldermen, Pam Boyd has been a dedicated advocate for her constituents during the 2025-2026 legislative session. With over 50 years of experience as a Certified Dietary Manager and an Associate Degree in Accounting, Boyd focuses on empowering residents to take an active role in their community. Her initiatives include promoting environmental safety, equitable justice, and community beautification. Boyd also chairs the Health and Human Development Committee and serves on the Public Infrastructure and Utilities Committee.

State Representative Del Taylor

Del Taylor, representing District 84 in the Missouri House of Representatives, brings a wealth of experience as an international business consultant and a strong educational background in Chemical Engineering and Business Administration. Elected in 2022, Taylor serves on several committees, including BudgetWays and Means, and the Substance Abuse Prevention and Treatment Task Force. A proud St. Louis native, Taylor is committed to addressing local issues such as property tax reform and economic development.
