NFL Conference Championships Set the Road to the Super Bowl
The NFL playoffs are down to four teams as the Conference Championship games take center stage. Here’s a breakdown of the matchups, the stakes, and who has the edge on the road to the Super Bowl.
And then there were four. The NFL playoffs have been exciting, and the four remaining teams have fought hard to get to this point. The NFL Conference Championships are underway, and whoever comes out victorious is headed to the Super Bowl. With that said, here is a look at the Conference Championship games and who will come out on top.
New England Patriots vs Denver Broncos (Patriots -3.5) – The New England Patriots have played well up to this point, and their playoff journey began with a win over the Los Angeles Chargers. They beat them 16-3, and after that, they picked up a win over the Houston Texans. They beat them 28-16, and they gave C.J. Stroud a hard time. He had four interceptions in that game, and while the Patriots had the lead, a touchdown in the fourth quarter sealed the deal. Now, the Patriots are trying to reach the Super Bowl for the first time since 2019.
The Patriots will face the Denver Broncos, and in the Broncos’ last game, they beat the Buffalo Bills. That was a competitive game, and Denver defeated Buffalo in overtime. A field goal put them over the top, and they held on to that lead. While Denver won that game, the Broncos will play without Bo Nix. He suffered an injury, and he underwent surgery later on. The Broncos will have a tough task ahead of them, and the Patriots will likely get the win.
Prediction: Patriots get the win
Los Angeles Rams vs Seattle Seahawks (Seahawks -2.5) – The Los Angeles Rams started their playoff journey with a win over the Carolina Panthers. Then, they picked up an overtime win over the Chicago Bears. Now, one more team stands in the Rams’ way, as they face the Seattle Seahawks. The Seahawks picked up a big win over the San Francisco 49ers. They had a chance to rest before that, and their big win showed that they were rested and ready to go. The Seahawks have had a good year, and soon, they may be rewarded for their efforts.
Prediction: Seahawks win
The Super Bowl is almost here, and all of the teams remaining have what it takes to win.
