The season continues to wind down as Week 16 is upon us. There are teams who have had strong seasons up to this point while others continue to struggle. This is a good week for the teams who have done well to keep that momentum going. With that said, let’s take a look at this week and its games.

Denver Broncos vs Los Angeles Chargers (Chargers -2.5) – The Denver Broncos are on a roll, as they picked up their fourth straight win in their last game. They beat the Indianapolis Colts 31-13. The Broncos are now second in the AFC West. Denver is a solid team on the road and they are traveling to Los Angeles to take on a division rival. The Los Angeles Chargers are third in the division with a record of 8-6. They are on a two-game losing streak after losing to the Kansas City Chiefs and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. The Broncos have a solid chance at keeping their winning streak going here.

Prediction: The Broncos win

Houston Texans vs Kansas City Chiefs (Chiefs -3) – The Houston Texans remain the top team in the AFC South. And they have a convincing lead. The Texans are 9-5 and are on a two-game winning streak. They are the only team in their division over .500. The Texans picked up a win over the Miami Dolphins in their last game. Now, they are on the road as they take on Kansas City. The Chiefs are the top team in the NFL with a record of 13-1. They are on a four-game winning streak after losing their first game of the season to the Buffalo Bills. The Chiefs beat the Cleveland Browns in their last game. Quarterback Patrick Mahomes suffered an ankle sprain during the game, but was a full participant in a recent practice. If Kansas City does play without Mahomes, they still have a chance to pick up a win.

Prediction: The Chiefs win

Pittsburgh Steelers vs Baltimore Ravens (Ravens -6) – The Pittsburgh Steelers continue to have a strong season despite losing their last game. The Philadelphia Eagles beat them 27-13. The Steelers are still the top team in the AFC North, and in this game, they take on a tough division rival. The Baltimore Ravens are second in the division with a record of 9-5. They beat the New York Giants 35-14. The two exceptional AFC North teams will go to battle, and the Ravens are a strong home team. They can take this win.

Prediction: The Ravens win

New York Giants vs Atlanta Falcons (Falcons -8.5) – The New York Giants are having a hard time. They have a record of 2-12 and are on a nine-game losing streak. Their two wins were on the road. The Giants are going to make some changes this week, as Drew Lock is expected to be their starting quarterback again. They are on the road as they take on the Atlanta Falcons. The Falcons are 7-7 after beating the Las Vegas Raiders in their last game. Atlanta is making a quarterback change of their own as they will bench Kirk Cousins and start Michael Penix Jr. The Falcons have a chance to go over .500 with a win here. And chances are they will add to New York’s losing streak.

Prediction: The Falcons win

Detroit Lions vs Chicago Bears (Lions -6.5) – The Detroit Lions lost their last game as Buffalo beat them 48-42. The loss puts them at 12-2 but they remain on top of the NFC North. They are out for revenge and they take on a division rival this week. The Chicago Bears are last in the division with a record of 4-10. They are on an eight-game losing streak as the Minnesota Vikings beat them 30-12. As mentioned, Detroit is out for revenge and they will recover from their loss.

Prediction: The Lions win

Arizona Cardinals vs Carolina Panthers (Cardinals -4.5) – The Arizona Cardinals are 7-7 after beating the New England Patriots in their last game. They have a chance to get another win as they take on Carolina. The Carolina Panthers are 3-11 this season and are on a four-game losing streak. And there is a good chance their struggles will continue.

Prediction: The Cardinals win

Los Angeles Rams vs New York Jets (Rams -3.5) – The Los Angeles Rams are first in the NFC West. They are on a three-game winning streak getting wins over the New Orleans Saints, the Bills and the San Francisco 49ers. They take on a 4-10 team in this week’s matchup. The New York Jets won their last game as they beat the Jacksonville Jaguars 32-25. They snapped a losing streak with the win but chances are they lose again.

Prediction: The Rams win

Philadelphia Eagles vs Washington Commanders (Eagles -3.5) – The Philadelphia Eagles are on a 10-game winning streak and have looked like a contender. They take on a division rival that has surpassed expectations. The Washington Commanders are second in the NFC East. They won their last two games as they beat the Saints and the Titans. The Eagles beat them in Philadelphia earlier in the season, and this game could be a chance to get some revenge. However, the Eagles will likely keep their streak alive.

Prediction: The Eagles win

Cleveland Browns vs Cincinnati Bengals (Bengals -7.5) – The Cleveland Browns are 3-11 and are on a three-game losing streak. They lost to the Chiefs in their last one. Cleveland has decided to make another quarterback change as Dorian Thompson-Robinson will start. The Browns are looking to get a win over division rival and fellow Ohio team, the Cincinnati Bengals. The Bengals are 6-8 and have won their last two games. They beat the Cowboys and the Titans. Cincinnati is a much better team on the road than they are at home this season. The Bengals have won only one home game (and are 1-5) and on the road, they are 5-3. Despite their poor performance at home, this is a chance to get a win on their home turf.

Prediction: The Bengals win

Tennessee Titans vs Indianapolis Colts (Colts -3.5) – The Tennessee Titans are 3-11 and like the Browns, they are on a three-game losing streak. They lost to the Commanders, the Jaguars and the Bengals. They take on a division rival as they take on Indianapolis. The Colts are 6-8 and lost their last game. This game could be a good chance to get them closer to .500 and they should get the win.

Prediction: The Colts win.

Minnesota Vikings vs Seattle Seahawks (Vikings -3) – The Minnesota Vikings are having a strong season. Their winning ways continue as they beat the Bears in their last game. This was their seventh consecutive win. The Vikings travel to Seattle in hopes of keeping their streak going. The Seattle Seahawks are 8-6 and second in the NFC West. They lost to the Packers in their last game. Seattle is 3-5 in home games, which is not ideal when playing against a squad like Minnesota. Minnesota will come in, get the win and prepare for their next game.

Prediction: The Vikings win

New England Patriots vs Buffalo Bills (Bills -14) – The New England Patriots are 3-11 and are on a four-game losing streak. They take on the top team of the AFC East. The Bills are 11-3 as they picked up an exciting win over Detroit. With the win over the Lions on their mind, and who they are facing this week, the Bills will have little to no problems winning this one.

Prediction: The Bills win

Jacksonville Jaguars vs Las Vegas Raiders (Raiders -1) – The Jacksonville Jaguars are another 3-11 team and lost to the Jets in their last one. They take on another struggling team in Las Vegas. The Raiders are 2-11 and are on a 10-game losing streak. This game can simply come down to who wants it more, and the Jaguars who are 1-6 on the road can get a win. This is especially true as the Raiders are 1-5 at home.

Prediction: The Jaguars win

San Francisco 49ers vs Miami Dolphins (Dolphins -1) – The San Francisco 49ers are last in the NFC West with a record of 6-8. They lost to the Rams. They are on the road as they take on Miami. The Miami Dolphins are also 6-8 after losing to the Texans. The Dolphins are a solid team at home and the 49ers are 2-4 on the road. The Dolphins could take advantage of that.

Prediction: The Dolphins win

Tampa Bay Buccaneers vs Dallas Cowboys (Buccaneers -4) – The Tampa Bay Buccaneers are on a four-game winning streak and are on top of the NFC South. They take on a team that has had an up and down season. The Dallas Cowboys are 6-8 after beating the Panthers in their last game. The Cowboys can be a hard team to predict and chances are, Tampa Bay keeps their winning streak alive.

Prediction: The Buccaneers win

New Orleans Saints vs Green Bay Packers (Packers -14.5) – The New Orleans Saints are now 5-9 after staying on two wins for quite some time. They lost to the Commanders 20-19 in their last game. They take on the Green Bay Packers this week. The Packers are 10-4 and beat the Seahawks in their last game. The Packers have a good shot at winning this one and will likely do so.

Prediction: The Packers win
