WASHINGTON, DC | 7.21.2025Ā – In a desperate move to slow American innovation and technological progressĀ the,Ā US Broadcasting CompanyĀ viaĀ Pearl TVĀ snitched to theĀ FCCĀ that theĀ Consumer Technology AgencyĀ is doing its job too well, attempting to force fullĀ FAST ChannelĀ streaming conversion by ending the broadcast stream, forever.

Pearl TV executives alleged to the FCC that CTA members, who own FAST streaming channels, areĀ ā€œincentivized to stifle broadcast innovation.ā€

In a growing competition for Ad dollars with FAST Channels, Pearl TV accuses not only the CTA membership but also theĀ NTCAĀ (The Rural Broadband Association) of attempting to end broadcast viewing altogether by taking down the signal traditional television stations use for content distribution.
