Nelly and Ashanti Bring Holiday Magic to Boys & Girls Clubs with Raising Cane’s
ST. LOUIS — The Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater St. Louis (BGCSTL) Mathews-Dickey Club came alive with holiday cheer, thanks to Raising Cane’s and special guests Nelly and Ashanti. The event, filled with joy and surprises, left a lasting impression on kids and families.
Raising Cane’s Spreads Holiday Joy
For the second year in a row, Raising Cane’s brought Christmas magic to life by donating 100 brand-new red bicycles and helmets. These thoughtful gifts encouraged safe outdoor play while giving kids the freedom to explore and have fun.
In addition to the bikes, Raising Cane’s provided holiday goodies, including Santa hats, cookies, lemonade, and water. These festive treats added to the excitement and ensured everyone left with a smile.
Nelly and Ashanti Light Up the Event
The highlight of the evening came when Nelly and Ashanti made a surprise appearance. Their arrival thrilled the crowd, with kids and parents cheering loudly. Nelly, a proud St. Louis native, and Ashanti, a Boys & Girls Clubs Hall of Famer, brought energy and star power to the celebration.
The duo posed for photos with kids, parents, and staff, creating memories that will last a lifetime. “We love having Nelly and Ashanti here at the Club,” said Brandon Williams, president and CEO of BGCSTL. “Ashanti feels at home here, and this gift brings tremendous joy to our members.”
