WHAT:
The Anthem Community Wellness Center is marking its one-year anniversary with a Naloxone Training Event in collaboration with the Life Change Center to kick off International Overdose Awareness Day 2024.

Over the past year, the Anthem Community Wellness Center has been a vital resource, providing access to food, housing, employment, healthcare, and more. This anniversary event is not just a celebration of the past year’s accomplishments, but also a reaffirmation of the Center’s commitment to the well-being of the community.

The event is free and open to the public and will include a Naloxone training session led by the Life Change Center. Anthem hopes those who take part in the training can help end the stigma surrounding substance use and be a part of the solution to prevent overdoses in our community.
