• Set up your senior account. Open the Uber app, go to Account, select Seniors, then Set up my senior account. We’ll do it together.
• Turn on Simple mode. Larger text, clearer icons, and quick access to the places you go most.
• Set your Pickup preferences. Choose how you’d like your driver to signal they’ve arrived: contact you, call out your name, flash their lights, or honk.
• Request a ride. Enter where you’re going, confirm your ride, and get ready for pickup.
• Choose the support you want. Manage Uber on your own, or link to a family member’s Family profile for help with rides and payment.
