Holiday cheer was on full display for State Rep. Kimberly Ann Collins’ STL Christmas Extravaganza at the O’Fallon Rec Center, 4343 West Florissant in St. Louis. Lines wrapped outside Saturday afternoon for the annual STL Christmas Extravaganza, which served more than 2,000 families in the days leading up to Christmas.

But first, before we dive into the exciting video of State Rep. Kimberly Ann Collins’ annual Christmas party—captured by my good friend Brian Young—let’s see what Facebook users are saying about the December 20 event on the city’s north side.

A brief overview of St. Rep. Kimberly Collin’s annual Christmas Party.

Held at O’Fallon Rec Center, it was, {always is}, a FULL house! Such a significant gesture of love, caring for her community. And by community, Rep. Collins has always held that her community does not stop at her legislative lines.

This was a party for EVERYONE.

Everything free, groceries, clothing, TOYS, fun.

Everyone in a loving, giving mood. It was non stop for hours.

I knew Rep Collins before her legislative service…..through unhoused OutReach. She was ALWAYS in the streets, helping people. Always. The least of us.

She continues this work as a legislator, with her attention, hands on work on our Prison System, and events like this.

The 77th District Annual Christmas Extravaganza took place on Saturday, December 20, 2025, at the O’Fallon Recreation Center. Please enjoy a few images of the vendors, giveaways, and activities available to city residents. Regrettably, only Mrs. Santa Claus was available for photographs during this event. The last two photos depicts the first giveaways, Chrismas Trees and door mats. There was also a giveaway of food that consisted of fresh vegetables, fresh fruit and all kinds of fresh meat. Great event for the city residents; thanks to State Representative Kimberly-Ann Collins and the 77th district and all the sponsors for hosting the event on this beautiful Saturday afternoon.

The 77th District Annual Christmas Extravaganza was a huge success this year. Once again, Kimberly-Ann Collins showed that she can bring people together and provide for our communities. Whether it was the toys for kids, fresh food, groceries and services for families, or just a fun day at the O’Fallon Rec Center, people could experience the holiday spirit at this wonderful event.

Additional thank you to the Saint Louis Chess Club for lending us the giant chess set again this year, and all of the people who donated their time or money to help make this event happen.

Kimberly-Ann Collins going beyond the call of duty! Thank you sis for all that you do and have done. ✅

About State Rep. Kimberly Ann Collins:

State Rep. Kimberly Ann Collins is a North St. Louis native whose life story mirrors the community she serves—resilient, outspoken, and rooted in advocacy. Rising from grassroots organizing to elected office, she built her reputation by confronting systemic inequities in housing, public safety, and economic opportunity.

Known for blending activism with policymaking, Collins centers her work on families often overlooked by government, using both legislation and community action—like large-scale holiday givebacks—to turn representation into tangible impact.
