Beyonce´ has shared how proud she is of sister Solange after the singer composed the music for the New York City Ballet’s annual Fall Fashion Gala.

The event, conceptualised by Sarah Jessica Parker and one of the most exciting and exclusive fashion events on the calendar, took place at the Lincoln Centre on Wednesday night.

Solange composed the music for the main event, an exuberant piece choreographed by Gianna Reisen titled Play Time.

“My beloved sister, there are no words to express the pride and admiration I have for you,” Beyonce´ wrote alongside a carousel of photos of the special night.

“You are a visionary and one of one. Congratulations on being the first African American woman to compose for the New York City Ballet. The piece you composed is phenomenal. I love you deep.”

She concluded: “Might I suggest you don’t f*** with my sis.”

Sharing more about her special night, Solange told Vogue, “This evening has been in the works for a long time now. The process of composing for the ballet was an inspiring journey for me.”

“Exploring this form of expression and now getting to share it with my friends and loved ones tonight has been incredibly rewarding. It’s certainly a celebratory evening,” she added.
