Grab your luggage and fly out, because On March 14, 2024, the city of St. Louis will embark on a menagerie of celebrations. And here is why: Pi Day is the annual celebration of the mathematical constant π, or 3.14. However, 314 has a special meaning to St. Louisans as the number serves as an area code to several communities in the area.
Surely, St. Louis is known to be more of a manufacturing icon than it is a towering corporate metropolis. Because you have companies like Boeing, Tum and Vess soda continuing making a name.

Furtherly, a casual citizen or newcomer would swash that having the best Chinese Food, Vess Soda and White Castles, is so St. Louis. But it doesn’t entirely represent the city to its capacity.
From the 314 Day Foundation, to an array of events happening next Thursday, the love for the city will be felt. “The Lou ” nicknamed for St. Louis is affectionately loved by some and hated by many, will bring out all propensities.
And let’s not forget the love of food in St. Louis, like Olympian champion Simone Biles reflected during her visit. That she will never forget the first time she tasted Imo’s Pizza.
Imo’s Pizza is an American chain of pizza restaurants headquartered in St. Louis, Missouri. As of 2020, the company says it has more than 100 restaurants and stores in Missouri, Illinois and Kansas. The chain was founded by Ed and Margie Imo in St. Louis in 1964.
