EUREKA, Mo. (May 12, 2026) … Eureka resident Stacy Harris, executive director of community impact at Delta Dental of Missouri and South Carolina, was named the American Heart Association’s St. Louis Woman of Impact for leading a Go Red for Women™ campaign that united more than 20 women, raising more than $37,128 and achieving a record 15,912 impact points. Her team became the first in St. Louis history to surpass 50,000 total impact points—an accomplishment driven by both fundraising success and impactful outreach elevating the connection between oral and heart health.

Prevention and early detection were central to the campaign. Bacteria from gum disease can enter the bloodstream and contribute to inflammation in the heart and other organs. Brushing twice daily, flossing, eating a healthy diet and visiting the dentist regularly can help protect both oral and heart health.

“I’m honored to be recognized and grateful to my team and everyone who supported this effort,” stated Harris. “Together, we can continue to drive meaningful change and offer hope to those affected by heart disease.”
