Plan Area 3: Baden & North Pointe Draft Neighborhood Plan Open House
Shaping the Future of Baden and North Pointe
The City of St. Louis invites community members to an interactive open house to review the draft neighborhood plan for Baden and North Pointe, part of Plan Area 3. This event is a key milestone in the public review process, with adoption by the Planning Commission anticipated this spring.

This open house is designed as a go-at-your-own-pace workshop, featuring interactive stations where attendees can explore and provide feedback on the draft plan’s vision, goals, and strategies. Key topics include:

The City is also hosting a launch party to kick off the Plan Area 5 Neighborhood Planning Initiative, which serves the Academy, Fountain Park, and Lewis Place neighborhoods.

- Time: 5–8 p.m.
- Location: Third Degree Glass Factory, 5200 Delmar Blvd.
This celebratory event will introduce the Neighborhood Planning Committee and planning partners while providing residents with an opportunity to share their vision for the future of their neighborhoods. The evening will feature:
