US Broadcasting Company Snitches To FCC In Effort To Slow Consumer Technology Agency’s Fast Channel Expansion: End of Broadcast Feed-Forever!

In a bold move, the US Broadcasting Company, via Pearl TV, has filed a complaint with the FCC, accusing the Consumer Technology Agency of stifling broadcast innovation and pushing for the end of traditional broadcast feeds in favor of FAST channels

WASHINGTON, DC | 7.21.2025 – In a desperate move to slow American innovation and technological progress the, US Broadcasting Company via Pearl TV snitched to the FCC that the Consumer Technology Agency is doing its job too well, attempting to force full FAST Channel streaming conversion by ending the broadcast stream, forever.

Pearl TV executives alleged to the FCC that CTA members, who own FAST streaming channels, are “incentivized to stifle broadcast innovation.”

In a growing competition for Ad dollars with FAST Channels, Pearl TV accuses not only the CTA membership but also the NTCA (The Rural Broadband Association) of attempting to end broadcast viewing altogether by taking down the signal traditional television stations use for content distribution.

While it is obvious that the cable industry for decades has long opposed any efforts by the broadcast industry to compete with their owned content and distribution system and to be required to pay fair compensation for content they sell,” states a Pearl TV representative. “It may be less obvious to the Commission that CTA members also compete against broadcasters for viewers and advertising dollars.”
