American actor Will Smith recently surprised the audience by joining his wife, Jada Pinkett Smith on stage as she promoted her new memoir ‘Worthy’. This heartfelt gesture came just a week after4 Jada revealed that the couple had been separated since 2016.

During an event at the Enoch Pratt Free Library, actor Will Smith made a public declaration of unwavering support for his wife, Jada. He stated, “Jada is the best friend I have ever had on this planet, and I am going to show up for her and support her for the rest of my life.” He also acknowledged Jada’s significant contributions and sacrifices to his success, as reported by various news outlets.

The surprise appearance of Will Smith, along with their children Jaden and Willow, and his son Trey Smith, was apparently a surprise for Pinkett Smith. It took place towards the end of a discussion about her newly released memoir, ‘Worthy’.

Will Smith, when speaking about their relationship, described it as “brutiful,” a combination of brutal and beautiful. He went on to explain that their relationship was a “sloppy public experiment in unconditional love,” a sentiment that left Jada Pinkett Smith laughing heartily.

Jada Pinkett Smith later shared with The Baltimore Sun that their period of estrangement was now in the past and that over the last 18 months, she and Will had been diligently working to mend their relationship.

During the event, Jada, while speaking to CNN, also mentioned that she and Will are good and that they will never leaved each other’s sides. “We’ve been on a powerful quest. And I’m happier than I’ve ever been”, she added.

Meanwhile, Will Smith is currently gearing up for his upcoming action-comedy film, ‘Untitled Fourth Bad Boys’. It is the sequel to ‘Bad Boys for Life’ (2020) and the fourth installment in the Bad Boys franchise.

Directed by Adil and Bilall, the film’s star-studded cast includes Will Smith, Martin Lawrence, Vanessa Hudgens, Alexander Ludwig, Paola Nºñez, and Tasha Smith, all reprising their respective roles from the previous installment.

Reportedly, the film will release in the United States on June 14, 2024.
