The Super Bowl is like a made for television melodrama, you have all the plots, twists and turns.  But anyone of the four teams could come out with the Cinderella fairytale.

Check it out and see why anyone could win the big pie on Super Sunday. The Super Bowl is slated for February 13, 2022 at So Fi Stadium in the LA suburb of Inglewood, California.

  1. Cincinnati – The Bengals have the slimmest chance to make it to the Super Bowl they were not even favored to win their division make the playoffs this season or even make it this far. But their 2020 number one overall draft pick Joe Burrow healed properly after a catastrophic leg injury in 2020.   Burrow has lived up to all the hype and he has the Who Dey Nation full of hope.  With Burrow leading locking in the QB position long term and Jamarr Chase as a weapon on the outside that should be paired with Burrow for a long time, this team could be a perennial playoff team and Super Bowl contender.  The Bengals are playing with house money and nothing to lose, and they have a great young QB, all of that makes them dangerous.
  2. San Francisco – The 49ers biggest star does not suit up in a red jersey week to week.  It’s their Coach Kyle Shanahan who is one of the brightest offensive minds in the NFL. He watched his father win 2 Super Bowls in Denver.  He was Washington’s OC when they took the league by storm and won the NFC East behind RG3 in 2012.  He was also the OC in Atlanta when they went to the Super Bowl and ended up losing a big lead and the game to Tom Brady a few years ago.  Kyle also took his own 49ers to the Super Bowl two seasons ago, with Jimmy G but could not quite seal the deal against the Chiefs. The 49ers can run the ball very creatively with Kyle’s design and the use of Deebo Samuel, and they have a stout defense. Being able to run the ball and play defense are ingredients to winning playoff games in January and February. What could be their achilles heel is their game managing QB Jimmy Garoppolo.  Despite not being a world beater Jimmy G finds a way to not get in the way of wins, and not be the root cause of losses. The question is can Kyle hide Jimmy G’s deficiencies enough to win a Super Bowl.
  3. Los Angeles – The Rams have a young offensive genius as their Head Coach in Sean McVay. They also have great receivers in Couper Cupp, Van Jefferson, and Odell Beckham Jr. McVay has the QB that aligns more with what he wants to do in Matthew Stafford. On defense the Rams have the best interior defensive lineman in a generation with Aaron Donald, a motivated and reinvigorated Von Miller, and one of the best cover corners in the league in Jalen Ramsey. The Rams if they made it to the Super Bowl and got passed their division rival San Francisco who has had their number as of recently they would get to play at home. That’s an extra motivation for this team to come back home and win a Super Bowl.
  4. Kansas City – The Chiefs would be appearing in their third Super Bowl in a row if they get passed the Bengals. The Chiefs want to prove they are not a one hit wonder. With lots of great young Quarterbacks sprouting across the league Patrick Mahomes wants to prove everyone that he is still the man. They have a great elder statesman as a Coach in Andy Reid, a fantastic offensive mind at OC in Eric Bienemy, one of the best tight ends in the game in Travis Kelce, and great receivers with Tyreek Hill and Mecole Hardman. They also have great pass rushers in Frank Clark and Chris Jones on the defensive side of the ball. The Chiefs are out to cement their legacy as one of the best teams of this era.
