When it comes to you as an individual it can be  day in and day out evaluation of yourself. The evaluation of yourself care between internal and external self care.

Internal self care is to take care of your mind and building up positive energy, by utilizing the tools of self reflection, being an aspiration to yourself and meditating. External self care is caring for the physical body, whether is through fitness, food, or even just receiving an relaxing massage.

The difference between the two, one can put your mind into a place of relaxation and the other opens your mind and expands the feelings of possibility.

Self care is the practice of taking action to preserve or to improve your health. There are different types of self-care:•Emotional •Mental •Physical •Practical •Social •Spiritual.

Emotional self care is being aware of and identifying what you are feeling by allowing yourself lean into your feelings.

Mental self care is allowing yourself to enhance your mind by keep it sharp. Such as looking at something that is fascinating, reading a good book or challenging yourself with a puzzle or game.

Physical self care can be the one of the most basic forms when it come to self care. It involves activities that improve your physical health. One prefect example is working out along with eating the right diet.

Practical self care is the order of aspects in your life organizing and preventing any stressful situations. Social self care is learning to enjoy people that you know, love and make new friendships with.

Spiritual self care is the engagement of finding that true connection and meaning for our lives, I chose to reach out to Christ Jesus for my spiritual self care.

Whatever may work for you, remember to always choose to give into yourself. You owe it to yourself. Self care is very, very important, it can prevent a lot of unhealthy issues.

So don’t forget to take the time to refresh, and renew your mind, body, soul, and spirit because it’s important.

Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or drink, nor about your body, what you will wear. Is not life more than food, and the body more than clothing?
