As an experienced restaurant owner and a Hibachi connoisseur and enthusiast, I was inspired to find a way to satisfy the craving for those who didn’t have the time, need, or money for the Japanese Steakhouse Hibachi show experience, but still craved the flavorful tasty meals.
That is why I established a grab and go style Hibachi Go restaurant that features these delicious dishes. Hibachi Go is a cumulation of many years in the making.
