Waking up from a peaceful night’s rest, you should feel refreshed. As you begin to stretch up and out, your body is in need of a wake up call.
So, what do you need to do in order to get started? Well, let’s start off with the important things that have to happen before even thinking about exiting out of your home. Add some type of energy booster into your system to help out with getting you into the groove of things, ready for that pump up.
Once you’ve begun to get going, start a 5 to 10 minute warm up session. A warm up can be such as a light jog, some jumping jacks, or even using a jump rope. What you’re trying to do is get your heart rate up, so that you are able to go through the exercises completely for whichever body part that you’re focusing on.

Remember to breathe during each set and to stretch in between each set. Breathing during your workout session is very important. It helps out with your oxygen and blood levels while in the actual movement, so please do yourself a favor and don’t hold your breathe, as it can cause you to pass out.
This is very dangerous especially if you’re lifting a very heavy amount of weight, so be smart about it and if possible, have a friend or spotter. A need for a pump is another way of getting into the gym, outdoor, or at home indoor workout session; whether it’s first thing in the morning or after work hours, between 30 to 45 minutes, or even an hour of a quality workout session.

Once that need has been met you’ll feel a fullness of reassurance that you have completed your task and you start to feel like your favorite superhero. I know I always do!
A regular fitness routine serves as a spiritual practice, benefiting your mental health. The spiritual practice of recognizing the interconnectedness of all life can also help buffer the pain that comes with difficult experiences; just like when you’ve had a hard intensifying workout session.
2 Corinthians 10:15: Neither do we go beyond our limits by boasting of work done by others. Our hope is that as your faith continues to grow, we sphere of activity among you will greatly expand.
